Use this Daily To Do Sheet Printable to get more done each day!
Whether it’s the holiday season or back to school it’s always a “crazy time of life”. This usually requires our mom brains to go about a million miles an hour.
Like a revolving door of, pick up the kids, pay the bills, switch the laundry, feed the dog, sign field trip forms, figuring out what to make for dinner, and switch the laundry….
I’ve rewashed more loads of laundry than I would like to count. They didn’t get moved to the dryer quick enough and lost there “fresh scent”… And no one has time for that!
I assume most women can relate so I created this Daily To Do Sheet Printable to help out!
A quick note: This is not an event calendaring printable. I use my phone to plan my appointments, kids sports, date night, etc…
And I use my Simplified Planner to schedule work tasks and client projects.
Use this printable for tasks that need to be done at home.
How the Use the Daily To Do List
#1 High Priority – Each morning pick 3 things that MUST get done. Some days the tasks might take 10 mins and other days 2 hours. The critical point being they are REQUIRED before the day ends.
#2 Brain Dump – Jot down all your random thoughts, but nothing that needs immediate attention. Get them out of your head and down on paper! You will be more productive thinking about one task at a time, not having your mind scattered all over the place.
#3 Things to Buy – As you go about your day and discover your our of Q-tips, write it down!
#4 Daily Stuff – Write down anything else you want to accomplish like personal study, exercise, or taking your vitamins. Try and get these items done in addition to the high priority tasks, but be realistic.
#5 What’s for Dinner? – Write down what’s for dinner. Then when 4:30 rolls around you won’t go into panic mode because you forgot to get the meat out of the freezer. If you want more details about how I meal plan grab my guide, Meal Planning Made Easy.
Printing the Daily To Do Sheet
The Daily To Do Sheet Printable comes in 8.5″ x 11″ size as well as a half sheet size. Use whichever helps you most. I have created it in black and white so it doesn’t use too much printer ink.
- Option #1 – Print off several copies at a time so you can grab one each morning. Or may not even choose to use a sheet every day, only on super hectic days.
- Option #2 – Print off the 8.5″ x 11″ PDF. Laminate it and then use a dry erase marker for writing. Make sure you buy thin tip dry erase markers. They write more like a regular pen!
However this printable most helps you, that’s how you should use it!

I love this, and want a binder of 365 sheets of just this! That is the kind of planner I need. Simple and straight to the point.
Also, awesome printer!! I spend about $50 on ink but don’t get nearly that many pages in color before I’m replacing ink (though I do have an epson, it’s the low end).
